Default Matching color swatch on Roland

I have never had this problem before and I am trying to see if I can get some input. I am trying to print decals for helmets and they are in the ballpark of Carolina Blue. After many failed attempts I printed out the color charts on the media that I am using but when I go in and print the decals according to the color chart they come out purple. I have tried every variation I could possible try and no luck. Everything is color caliberated and I even switched caliberation to make sure it was correct. I am using a Roland xc540. I would appreciate any suggestions.

go to the site that has the pantone charts.. pick the one with the blues.. copy the page into your graphics program.. print out the page..on the media you will be using
then compare the colors.. and find which one is closest to what you need.

use the eyedrop tool in illy (or what ever graphics program) to pick up that color.. and use it.. It should match good..
(god i hope this makes sense lol

I was hoping you were still around tonight to see if you had any ideas. I just downloaded another chart and am in the process of printing it. We will see how this goes. I have never had so much trouble printing something that should be so simple. But I think I have printed every variation of purple and blue (except the one needed) today. So.... fingers crossed.
Thanks
