I am looking for some vinyl (i think it's vinyl). i am looking for something that you cut then weed and then to apply it you wet it to release the stickiness. i have also seen some were you take a coin and scratch off the front/sticky part. does anyone know what this is called and/or were i can find some.

So you have a vinyl cutter?

I'm not sure about the scratch off part... lol never heard of such a thing. With all vinyl though you can wet apply it, the main purpose is to get a nice flat attachment with no bubbles and also to help position it.

This might be what you are looking for, it not vinyl but I used to use it when building model cars and making custom decals.
