Thumbs up Here's my update =B .

Well in case anyone wondering what I ended up doing , I decided to try Sign Warehouse out. I did the calculations between Ordway, Fellers, and SignWarehouse, and SW's cost came out to be less, even with Ordway's price match. Read lots of nice things about Fellers, however they're a bit too expensive for me so they were booted out quick, sorry!

I ordered 6 rolls of Oracal 651 vinyl, plus 1 roll of application tape. Think it shipped out within about 2-3 days, and arrived a few days later. Think it all took about a week. The only issue that came up was that one of my colors was back-ordered, however it has since been shipped and should be arriving soon.

Overall, it was an okay and relieving experience since I had read many not so positive things about them. Haven't tried out their goods yet, but if all is well I would consider ordering from them again .

Michelle....Since your in California try Denco Sales...They will price match SW, Fellers or anyone else....plus they deliver to your house or shop for free or a small fee on small orders....they also carry their own house brand of vinyl called Aspire...great stuff...it's made by 3M for them....and is VERY cost friendly.Heres a link to their delivery schedule(Concord,Ca) and Home page.

Theyr'e great to buy from, but wait till you have a issuethat's when they ignore you. I can't stand a company that refuses to stand by their products or help customers . .... JB

I just ordered from both. I only ordered vinyl so hopefully there will be no problems. Ordway is willing to ship via USPS to reduce my shipping charge; this means I'm going to check with them first before ordering from other sites that require UPS or FedEx.

Oh how well I know, . I've had no problems with signwarehouse, but there's other companies out (t)here that I would never ever ever ever deal with again.

If anyone is considering ordering from sign warehouse....be sure to ask them if the item is in stock.....I seem to always have at least one item backordered every time I order......so when I placed today's order, I asked if anything was on back order....they said no.....well, when I got the shipment confirmation there is one thing backordered......I called the gal back at sign warehouse and she wasn't available at that time to take my call....asked for a call back and waited 4 hours and no call back......
Ordway and signsplusbanners.com are looking a lot better to me.

Thats the treatment , I got from them. They are real quick to take your money and slow on customer service. .... JB
