Hi,

Do all vinyl cutters support material for both shirts and signs?

Any recommendation on a cutter (say less than $500) than will go between signs and shirts that uses a fairly inexpensive product line for both processes?

to my knowledge, yes.. unless there is a special vinyl for signs that a normal cutter wont cut.

uscutter is a recommended source for cutters @ that price range..

Hi Kelly, yes you can cut sign vinyl films and garment vinyl also, but remember they are different materials...

Suggest you not buy any cutter less than 24 inches if you are thinking of signs as well as garments

yes. we have a 13" and a 50" plotter and have cut thermoflex and other heat-press textile material on both. some of that stuff gets pretty thick depending on what you order... you may have to experiment with the force and speed of the blade to achieve a "weedable" result.
