Default What's the best way to mail out larger vinyl graphics? [19"x 100"]

So i've decided to start selling larger vinyl cut graphics online and was wondering what everyone else here uses to mail them out.

My graphics are pretty large (19" x 100" length) and wondering if it's possible to fold them up and mail them out in those bubble wrap envelopes. Any help from the pros would really be appreciated.

I mail mine in a tube. If you have leftover tubes from vinyl they work great. Roll your graphic with the image to the outside. Don't roll it tight enough to crease it someplace. Put a rubberband or two on it and slip it in the tube. Tape it shut and mail it. Works great. HTH

So i can go ahead and fold them up a little and it won't crease or mess up the graphic? I get rid of all my tubes, but i might have some laying around. Im going to try that out. Thank's for the tip.

Do NOT fold and place in an envelope. The postal processing will only smash and crease more. Rolling is the best as stated in the previuous thread. Start saving those vinyl tubes as it is a lot cheaper than buying tubes from Staples and other places.
