Default creating a portfolio

How to others organize their images in the computer. It started out simple when I was collecting or creating images and qoutes but now things are just out of control. Any tips would be so grateful right now. it doesn't help that i am working two jobs and trying to do this At-Home vinyl cutting business which is what I really want to do but need to get up and going to make that happen. Any advice or tips would be great, feel like I'm going out of my mind with being so unorganized!
