 Flexi Sign-Pro 8 ? ? ?
HELP!!
I'm trying to find someone who I can (over the phone) discuss/trouble shoot problems i'm running into with using Flexi Sign-Pro 8. I started a part-time evening job running this graphics/rip software to a Mimaki JV3-130 SPII, Graphtec CE3000-60 MK2 & FC7000-130 Cutter plotters.
I had a friend of mine that uses Mimaki's at his job to see if it is the printer or the software causing the problem. He checked over the Mimaki and it looks to be working fine. (He is in the same position as me that he doesn't use Flexi either.) So he thought it was either the cable might be bad or the Flexi software wasn't set right. But after trying to RIP out of Flexi with no success a number of times we gave up again.
My problem is that SA International doesn't offer evening tech support. (Unless I understood them wrong.) I need to know if someone that is familiar with Flexi (out of the goodness of their heart) will allow me to call them in the evening to help me get this figured out. (i'm in the midwest CST.)
Can anyone help?!?!?
