I am wanting to purchase one of these machines..found them cheap on this web site, but was a bit scared being they are overseas. Has anyone ordered from them before?

Sorry, but I've NEVER heard of this company. Even if the prices are better than you have found here so far, how much more is the shipping charge going to add to the price?

I guess at 2600.00 pluss the 100.00 shipping, if I dont get it I could always put a claim in through my credit card. The Company did email me back stating they have not sold to any US companies, only Europe and India, so no refrences here....

You are correct, but what I am finding is the companies( I called 3 of them and none have yet to return my calls w/ a price quote) and to go figure but they bought it wholesale from overseas ...either way I was just hoping someone had experience w/ over seas ordering...

Check out the preferred vendors listed on the sidebar of this forum, you will see some good deals for forum members. Then make selection.

Buying local:

I did and will probably again. One thing tho, local retailers, not all, dont always give you the support they say they will.

I but a cutter from a local vendor, 1) paid more than other local vendors and internet out of state vendors, 2) Picked it up from the local vendor.

I called them once and they simply told me to call the manufacturer, thats after they had promised me better support then online.

Then I called again, and guest what, they have not returned my call for the last 3 months. Im no push over on the tech department so its no big deal.

But to say that local is better simply because they charge you more is none sense.

Thanks for listing the company, I will probably buy through them.

Talking with the manufacturers to see if they will honor the warranty is important.

Now days, its faster at times, to just google what ever problem you get yourself in to.

So I checked every listing to the side, I am trying to find a 24" to 40" Vinyl Cutter / Printer, Mimaki....Why is it soooo hard to find one....???

I did, thats how I found the Company in question, but I guess what I am saying is the preffered Vendors dont seem to carry the vinyl cutter printers...so thats where I am back at searching in the US again to see if I can get someone to call me back...UGH, this is so frustrating

Do not ever buy from PancaRama.com they are nothing but a fraud. I have proof. First, they do not accept paypal or creditcard payments. The only method of payments are Western Union or a Wire Transfer. That should raise a flag.

We still gave them a try to see if they were a legitimate company but it turned out to be nothing but a complete fraud. They never replied after we sent the Wire Transfer in the amount of $2,500 US dollars. It's been 2 months already and still no answer from them.

Please do yourself a favor and do not buy from pancarama.com. Also let everyone else know that there are no legitimate business in Indonesia. If you do not believe me google "Indonesia fraud" and you will understand what I am talking about. I learned the hard way.
