I work for a school during the day and our art teacher is having a problem with a new Roland GX24 she just got. For some reason it want to cut the same design over and over, no matter what she sends to the cutter.

Example: The first thing she cut was a design of the school logo. Every time she sends something else to the cutter, it cuts the school logo again. Is there some memory cache that needs to cleared?

She sends all her prints to the cutter directly from Illustrator CS3.

Turning the power off and back on will clear the memory cache on the cutter.

We've tried turning in off and back on, still the same issue. Any other thoughts?

If turning off the power doesn't clear the memory, the problem coming from the print queue of the cut driver. Give our tech support team a call and they can walk you through fixing it.
