 Craft Robo cc200-20 suddenly stopped working
So I am working on an important project for my fiancee that definitely has a deadline.
I have a run of 270 sheets to complete and was able to finish 45 of them. I went to bed and then went back to the computer in the morning. I am not using registration marks, and just using regular cuts.
The first 45 went off without a hitch, but now I get a 'cannot open port' error every time. I have done EVERYTHING. I have turned it on and off. unplugged, replugged, tried to see if I moved it from usb port to another by testing each one, uninstalling all usb printing support and restarting the machine, uninstalling and reinstalling all related software, drivers and controllers, system recovery to previous date when machine worked, talked to folks at distributor (Grant at .... I forget the name).
EVERYTHING, but the error persists
I run a Windows Vista machine and use the Illustrator plugin and it usually works just fine. I tried to see if I could make headway with RoboMaster but to no avail, it can't recognize the machine is connected either.
I am in a pinch here. I have no time to buy another machine or send this one back, I NEED THIS ONE TO WORK AGAIN!!!!. ARRRGGH!! |
