 need help with 15" cutter comparable to SV-15
I'm looking through all the posts on cutters. I need to replace my 15" with another 15". It makes no sense for me to upgrade to a 24" machine even though they awesome. I only do shirts and my press is 16x20".
My Roland SV-15 cutter burned up, (my own fault for not installing surge protectors) and I no longer have the money for a new one. I have tons of vinyl in stock, and upgrading to 24" means more expensive rolls anyway.
What is the economical 15" choice, for a budget of $500 or less. I think I could fix the Roland for around $500, if I want to get into all that. I know how to use the Cut Studio software already and I design mostly in CorelDraw.
Any thoughts on what choice you would make or suggestions for a comparable machine? If anyone wants to sell your old SV-15, pm me. Thanks |
