Ive definitely looked at the Roland cutters and to be honest they are just way out of my price range. I dont have an amazing budget, I am just hoping this equipment will be okay to start me off and if everything works out I can work towards a Roland and better quality goods.
A lot of people have started off this way!!! Sometimes you have to use the cheaper options to start with so that you can earn enough money to pay for the better quality equipment. Then you can just earn more money to buy something even better when it comes out and so forth.
I would be xtra cautious about the all in one presses, I was looking at one when thinking about a hat press and it seemed a little too inexpensive to me...would hate to get it and have problems.
If you do get it ..please tell us your thoughts.
I went with a geo knight hat press dk7 which was way more than an all in one...but will sleep at night.
Ive also seen a changeable platen press by one of the better american manufacturers(cant remember who) but did hats plates mugs and a small platten for small jobs.
This is a discussion about Just starting out, Is this package alright? that was posted in the Vinyl Cutters (Plotters) and Transfers section of the forums.
