Default Solutions Opaque weeding nightmare

I used solutions opaque for the first time several months ago and switched to colorprint.........I'm back to solutions opaque because the customer wants a super soft hand.

I've printed and cut 6 so far and they are a nightmare to weed......the fonts lift off or peel when weeding everytime.

I've set the cutting force from 40 up to 120....print then cut, cut then print and still get the same results.

Anyone suggestions are greatly appreciated....40 shirts have to be done in 2 days!

Using a VP-540

Thanks

I found that putting in a new blade may help for awhile
Not saying the blade in bad just not for that material.
The stuff just does not like alot of detail. We usually just print/cut the graphic portion and use the other color materials for the text or were else we can.
The new materials that Imprintable has weed waaaay better.

Thanks for the tip!
I think we'll try that for this job otherwise this will be a very costly job(in wasted material)

I have just gotten the color print II and it wasn't too bad after I figured out that masking first and weeding after worked much better. I haven't tried the opaque yet.
