Default flexipro contour cut help please?

Hello I am using flexipro, epson stylus r300 and roland stika sx15. I have just sussed out how to rip and print using what i have, but problem is the registration marks always come out of the printer ready to be aligned in the cutter in portrait mode(ie: a4sheet must be fed into cutter lengthways). Is there a way to change this as the stika will only take a4 sheets landscape??? Please help?

Default Re: flexipro contour cut help please?

OK, so nobody knows how to do this, so I had a brainwave. I thought i would move one of the 2 pinch rollers on the sx15 further in, so the machine would take a4 portrait. Brilliant I thought! So I took one of my scalpel blades, and carefullt cut a square in the plastic covering most of the roller, at the place where i was moving the pinch roller to. I took the circlip off so I could slide the pinchroller along, and checked it was in the right place to take portrait a4. YES! Too easy, i THOUGHT! Into flexi, cut & plot a Bart Simpson picture to printer. Fed into Roland, pressed cut. Yes it worked - for about an inch! It started going wonky! Tried it again, putting pressure on the bar to pinch it harder - same! Cup of coffee! another cup of coffee!! Looked at roller where i moved pinch roller from - it was like sandpaper!!! The part where it was at now was smooth! What a waste of time, and devaluation of my lovely roland! Moral? dont f**k with your expensive roland!!!
So back to original question - does anyone have any ideas?
