If you're looking for something like a hobby cutter, there's one I believe they call cricut, I think you can even find it on some craft store. I think it's more like a desktop cutter and way cheaper than standard commercial cutter. Hope it's something you're looking for.

Just be sure you price all the extras out before you make your decision. Cricut charges you for all the extra fonts, clip art, etc. A standard cutter uses those files from your PC, many of which can be downloaded free. You can easily end up paying more for your hobby cutter when you get all the accessories.
