I just bought a PCUT CR730 which came with the Signcut downloadable software. I can not get it to work. I was online with the helpdesk at Signcut, but wouldn't you know that once they helped me make sure I had the correct USB driver downloaded. . . . . they went offline! No more questions, and that was definitely not the answer to my problems. I am new here but am hoping someone can help me.

Not to ramble, but I bought this cutter because I currently have a Bridge Pro720 with WinPCSIGN program. I liked it, but when I was doing large projects (more than 2 ft long) the machine would freak out and ruin the vinyl. I never knew what I was going to get. I have a big job, so I bought the PCUT730 thinking a new machine is what I needed.

Now what do I do? Any help is APPRECIATED!

I had concerns with Signcut working properly with my Laserpoint.
Phone support was useless, but I did receive excellent support from the USCutter support forum under the sign cutting software/signcut section. Kimon is in charge of customer support there. He got me up and running in no time!
