I came across few pictures that show work in progress with applying some kind of material through a stencil.

Can anyone define the material used, its durability and general thoughts about it?

When asking a question about a specific topic, it's fine to post a link to the subject matter. That's not advertising.

This is simply stenciling using what appears to be waterbased fabric ink. Or, since it's pretty textured, they may be using something like latex house paint. Impossible to know for sure from the pictures.

looks like a cardboard stencil and a paint roller with some paint, pic 3 looks like conrete surface maybe?

I don't think its possible to state the exact materials used. I also think it's textile ink mixed with a little something something that gives a nice texture to the end product.

Whoever made those shirts was pretty creative with the media. But let me tell you, i am impressed with the texture.
