I've searched and searched and can't find the answer to this.

I just purchased a Graphtec CE5000-60 cutter/plotter.

I have a Mac (Leopard) and Illustrator CS3 and have installed Cutting Master 2 from the supplied CD.

I do see the Cutting Master on my Mac but when I go to Illustrator there isn't any plug-in.

What have I done wrong?

If I try to fire the Cutting Master 2 from it's icon I get the job que.

I tried installing it into my Illustrator Plug-ins directory and that didn't work either.

I've emailed support but no response yet. That was yesterday.

Obviously I'm new to this so please be gentle.

I wanted to thank the guys from Graphtec for emailing me directly with this and when we get it figured out I'll post the answer to it just in case anyone else needs this info.

Okay, I find this very strange. I was emailed by graphtec that they would help me. Asked me to do a video conference with them so they could check my discs and when I refused to do video but offered to send photos of what they wanted they hung up on me. Seems like a scam to me. If that was the real graphtec guys then they are pretty shady.
