Who is the manufacturer? Do they have a tech support team? I would contact them.

I agree call the manufacture of the plotter and see if they can help out.

thanks TJ and Katrina, I did it, and I sent the video, they will send me a replacement part

Try deleting the software and reloading. Then if it still does the same thing, contact the manufacturer. If it's brand new, it may be defective.
