Hi,
I have a roland pnc-1210 cutter. I'm using spectra cut eco in a 5 yd roll. speed 80cm force 100 grams. Problem occurs about 3/4's of the way through the cutting operation. I have cut other designs (using spectra-eco) with no problem.

As the machine cuts the vinyl hangs off the front by 3 or 4 inches. It appears that the vinyl then sticks to the bed of the machine just infront of the glass cover. This causing the vinyl to lift up across the entire width of the vinyl. The eye then thinks something is wrong and stops the operation giving me the sheet load error and instructs me to press the setup key at which time I must start over and scrap the vinyl I just partially cut. I should also add that I'm fairly new to this about 3 months now.

Any suggestions as a search didn't turn anything up.

how old is the cutter? i googled roland pnc 1210 and found a couple of links to people with problems of tension arm being out of whack. but problem sounds like that or pinch rollers. something that has to do with the feeding process. if the vinyl lifts off the bed of the cutter it could be the tension arm. here's a link to roland support for cutters:

set up an account and post your exact problem on their forum. i know one of the tech guys (dana) monitors this forum once in a while. maybe you'll get lucky.
