Hello.
I'm having problem at work with my Jiachen 850DS cutter.
When I'm starting to cut vinyl, cutter stops always in the middle of cutting.
I've noticed that in popup window called "output to cutter"(after I click start), work progress bar during cutting(in artcut) does not move any more forward than only about half.
Therefore cutter stops working and it stops working almost always at the same spot/place on the vinyl every single time.
It happens especially when I cut on vinyl more than one row of text or numbers.
After it stops and if I'm not quick enough to reset cutter, it somehow starts by itself to cut long straight line all the way over the vinyl.
I'm not sure, maybe there is something to do with computer memory problem or what is going on, but it drives me nuts!
I'm using artcut software version 6.1.6 and cutter is Jiachen 850DS.
Computer: Intel Pentium 4, 2,66 ghz, 1,5 gb ram,
Matrox Millennium G450 Dual head processor, Windows Xp Service pack3.
Any help would be much appreciated.
