Discuss the various aspects of heat pressed vinyl transfers. Popular and new types of vinyl media, suppliers, vinyl cutters /plotters, press times, quality, how to instructions and more can be found in this heat press sub forum.
I used to buy from heatpressvinyl.com, but found a supplier a couple blocks down that had a different vinyl called thermoflex and been using that ever since. If you do not have a supplier near you, try heatpressvinyl.com they sell by the foot to.
I love Siser EZ-Weed ad I hate whatever that is from All American Supply. They call it heat press vinyl I call it house paint because that's how heavy it is on a shirt.

I have never used Thermoflex but as you can see it is a popular product.
I have used ECO from Imprintables and Hot Mark from Speciality Graphics.
Hot Mark is a thinner material and a little harder to weed because the sticky backing liner is not as tacky as the ECO. It feels great on a t-shirt. My shirts have been washed several times and still look great. It can be applied to cotton, cotton poly blends and I am currently using for a 100% poly job. I did some testing before taking this job and it looks good.
ECO comes in a wider variety of colors (Hot Mark offers several) and as mentioned above the tacky liner is sticker. This weeds better and will help align images better on the shirt. The ECO is slightly thicker but I would not have a problem selling it.
Thesse are the only 2 I have tried so far and they both work well. I have not decided if I will use one over the other yet. Hot MArk is less expensive (not by much) so try both.
ecofilm from imprintables. tons of colors plus specialty patterns, foils, metallics etc. never had a problem with it and will outlast most anything that it's applied to.
