Default Cutting problem with SP300

Hi
I am having a problem with the cut on my SP300. The knife is cutting fine some times, then having trouble on corners sometimes, cutting just a dotted line and then starting to cut ok again. It is leaving lots of uncut tags which make weeding a nightmare. Although it seems random, the same letters seem to have the same flaws in their cut?? I have tried both a 45` and 60`.knife. Any help or clues would be appreciated.

You could try playing with the "offset" but even with that some fonts just cut like crap, to put it plainly. If using Illustrator after typing in what you need you can right click and choose "Create Outlines" then zoom in to see if they all connect.
