im trying to set a pricelist for vinyl printing, i would appreciate some help from your own experience. i have to consider the size of the print, the quantities, and the complexity of the design because i also do complex prints with several colors and complex weeding of the vinyl.
its difficult to quote. how do you price it? do you have tips for it?

Cost of material used (including freight) + cost of labor + overhead percentage = total cost

Generate the margin you want to make on top of this.

To find cost of labor you'll want to include pressing time, cutting time, weeding time, folding, packaging and shipping.

So you don't have to do a time study on each job, I'd recommend calculating the labor component by layer and breaking it into 3 options based on complexity.
