I am new to the business and i am curious about starting Window decals for vehicles. Can anyone help with what would be the cheapest vynil cutter on the market. I just need something to start off with double my money and upgrade... Not looking to be printing very big average size, i would take it small. This is what i was looking at getting... I have a Vinyl Express Qe60+. Very nice and inexpensive. I have had it for 3 years now with no problems.
