Need to Register?

I am having problems with my JSI cutter. Last week I changed the knife to cut Neon shirt vinyl since it wasn't cutting through all the way. Now today I'm trying to cut Gorilla Grip shirt vinyl and it's cutting all the way through. I've adjusted the knife in so it is just barely sticking out. what other adjustment do I need to do? I can't find my manual, if I even got one. I've never had this problem before.

You have too much downforce pressure.

I emailed JSI for a manual or a link but haven't heard back.

I don't know how to adjust the pressure. There was never any adjustment before. I have used this vinyl before and didn't have this problem.

Go look at your pressure setting on the lcd screen. Your cutters downforce probably ranges from 60-400. What is the setting at?

I'm not at home to look at the cutter. Will see if I can look at it during lunch, otherwise tonight.
I don't recall seeing a pressure setting since I've never changed it before.
