Default Problems with cutting

Hello!

I´ve a cutter Creation - PCUT CT630 Laser for about a month and i use it to cut heat press film (thermoflex). I already made some cuts with no problem, but today i'm having a big problem!
when i cut, for example, a circle, the cutter doesn't finished de circle, it leaves a gap for about 1 mm.
I do all my designs on illustrator, the i convert then to EPS and the i import the EPS to my cutting software flexisign.

Can you please help me? every time the blade goes down, cut a line and then goes up, it always leave a gap, and i can not unpeal the design that way...

Thansk a lot!!!

You can drag AI files directly into Flexi. I dont think you need to convert to EPS.

Hello,

It sounds like you need to adjust the blade offset setting on your cutter. The offset setting tells the cutter where to finish the cut in relation to the starting point.

Good luck,
