Angry BAD VENDOR: Sign Supply Factory

I know that people like myself who make t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl, also make banners (simply because we have the capabilities due to the cutter).

Recently I had a company that needed a banner with some red on it. My usual supplier was out of red, so I decided to go with Sign Supply Factory.

After paying 20.00 for shipping on a 10.00 item, it took seventeen days total to arrive. It was held at the post office once it arrived, too. I had to pay an additional amount of money because they didn't provide enough postage.

I received a e-mail "TRACK NUMBER" from (the Company) "vynil windowtint". Honestly...

The best part of this, is the vinyl was absolute garbage. I had to use very little pressure due to it ripping so easily in the cutter, and even then it became notorious for randomly bubbling. To use about 18 inches of this vinyl, approx: 6 YARDS were wasted because the vinyl was creating bubbles right before my eyes. It was unbelievable.

So NEVER EVER USE this company.

Default Re: BAD VENDOR: Sign Supply Factory

I believe this is the same company I purchased from out of Miami ?
Reason I'm suspect is that they spelled vynil.

I had to go through a run around to get a damaged UPS package of transfer tape refunded. It was all damaged from moisture. And then the 10 rolls of vinyl I bought to "start up" my business were absolute garbage. No gloss, easily tearable and not weather resistent. I won't even sell it to customers. It's useless.

So I 2nd to stay away. I bought on eBay and the prices were good. Buyer beware.
