I am using my GX-24 to cut dark color inkjet transfer paper for the first time. My first attempts (with my sample pack) were all the same as the cutting began in the right place but immediately fell of track cutting only a shape somewhat similar to what I provided.
After speaking to a few people at Imprintables Warehouse I updated my software but had to wait for more dark paper to arrive. I now have the paper and have the same results...
I notice that when I insert the paper and hit sheet it reads and goes to the starting point. When I begin the cutting process it reads the first to marks immediately but goes way below the 3rd mark before it finally moves up to the mark, reads it and begins cutting. Again, it starts in the right spot to begin with but goes off the line ASAP.
Any ideas? I am following the two tutorials they have online without missing anything. My very uneducated guess is that it it is somehow printing the marks in the wrong area???
Any suggestions will be appreciated since I had hoped to work on these all weekend and now I can't make a "help" call till Monday
