Default How to Cut 2 Color Letters

Hello everyone, I have a GX-24 and twillstitch pro software. I have searched and looked but just cant seem to get this right. Can anyone provide me with instruction on how to cut 2 color letters? With a background and foreground color. I am so lost. How do I save design to PLT files to use with the twillstich pro? I hope I am posting this in the right place.

THanks

Carolyn
