Hey guys, I have been using my roland GX-24 vinyl cutter without any issues for the last 4 years now. Its great. As my business has grown I just purchased a DTG Kiosk II and once all installed my vinyl cutter no longer works. Its obviously an issue on my computers end. I tried to make it my default printer and that didn't work. What else can I do? I have an order to fill and I would hate to give this kid his money back for something so silly...Thanks in advance, Nick

Sorry but seem to be mssing something. Did you change PCs? If so, is the new PC running VISTA 32/64? Did you use the correct drivers?

It may seam basic but is the cutter connected to your computer?

If so, try reinstalling the Cut Studio driver.

You may have to unplug the cable to your new printer, it could be capturing the port and not sharing.

I think it may have something to do with ports...It sucks cause Not only do i have decal orders I have to give money back for but I just got a 100 tee shirt order and I use my cutter to make my image for the transparencies. Im doing some old fashioned screen printing. haha...But I really need to resolve this issue. Im kinda retarded when it comes to drivers and what not. It was sort of an issue with my DTG rip software...would anyone be able to walk me through it? I would really appreciate it...thanks, Nick

Interesting, I have a Kiosk and a GX24 all wired off the same USB hub and I've had no issues at all with them.
