Xpres vinyl - which side to load ?

Default Xpres vinyl - which side to load ?

which side do you load up the vinyl into the cutter?

got some vinyl from xpres with my cutter.

have succesfully cut something but i believe maybe on the wrong side!!

the cuts can clearly be seen on the shiny shiny shiny side, if you know what i mean!

It's dull side up, if you pick at the corner you can pull a tiny bit of vinyl up, that's the side which needs cutting. Mind you don't go too deep, the blade should be just visable out of the holder <1mm for most vinyl.

how do u adjust how deep the blade is?

there should be a way of unscrewing the blade from the blade holder, just screw anticlockwise to shorten the blade and then there should be a screw ring that will adjust to tighten. that's hoe mine is but others may be different.
