Default versa camm vp-300

i recently bought a vp 300 versa camm. my main problem is it stops in the middle of cutting. the screen still says now processing and so does my computer screen but it doesnt move anymore. the instruction book says to turn it off and open the cover and push. i did all that but still it happens. Did this happen to anyone? Pls help.

I would call Roland before a tech. It *could* have something to do with a PC connection. I know Spybots TeaTimer created a ton of problems for me in the beginning.

How is the Versa-Camm working out for you? I just bought one? Just wondering if its a headache?
