I pretty much exclusively use the vinyl from HeatPressVinyl.com, the HP-V line. Very durable and great adhesion, especially for football jerseys that are going to be taking a beating.

I pressed this onto a set of jerseys just before the end of '08 for a teacher at my son's school, and had no complaints of peeling or separation from the garment.

If you can screen print that is the way to go. I do that kind of jersey for my football team each year and it holds up better than the jersey. I don't know how vinyl would hold up with a large hole jersey. Good luck

Where are you getting your jersey's from? I am looking for a true jersey. A lot of the stuff that I am finding is junk.

I have used different ones. Augusta sportswear, Bowmark, sanmar. But the best is Russell but you have to be a dealer. I hope that helps good luck

Are you a dealer? I was looking for some requirements, but could not find any. That is what I am looking for, because you can tell that they are true jerseys.

No I'm not a Russell dealer. I think last I looked you need to buy 6000.00 a year to be a dealer. I found a shop in a different town that gave me good deal. I have used the Augusta ones and they work good also. You will need to buy a couple different ones and ask the coach what he likes some coaches are picky
