Default Letting for archery arrows

Since everyone here has always had great tips and suggestions for me, I have something I thought I would throw out. I have a customer who is wanting to put some words on some archery arrows. They will be a trophy type of a thing and not something that will be shot into a target. Would the sign vinyl work good for something like this? I tried a little piece and it almost feels like it would be easy for it to peel off. I made the letters 1/4" Would it be better to stencil something like this? I haven't been able to mess with it too much because our cutter seems to be having a few problems cutting. I'm hoping a new blade and cutting strip will solve this problem next week. It cut fine yesterday, today it is not cutting and cutting way too deep.

I would use your vinyl cutter to make stencils and paint it instead.

We tried that just a while ago and it didn't work too well. Is there a way to put vinyl letters on and seal them?

You may have to outsource it to someone with a pad printer. Same method they use to print on pens, etc.
