plotter leaving marks on vinyl

Default plotter leaving marks on vinyl

got some oracal vinyl in, the rollers are leaving marks on this red vinyl, is all I have to do is adjust the tention on the rollers? Just adjust it enough that it dont leave marks and doesnt slip.

Newb here and on my own if you knpw what I mean. Seiki 870t I beleive is the plotter. All help is appreciated.

Yep, all you have to do is adjust the tension on your 3 rollers, it's to tight. Make sure you don't leave it to loose as well.

I loosened until spring fell off and it was still leaving a mark there, oh well tks

Ummm, That's weird, i used to get a light mark as well, but nothing critical, the graphics still cut fine and all, no issues. Mind posting a picture of what you got?
