Default Home transfer question

If this is the wrong place to ask this, i apologize in advance.

I'm having alittle situation here.
I'm working on a costume, a costume which includes a football jersey from a team that does not exist. Tried having various online sites customize a jersey for me, but they couldn't give me exactly what i wanted, and being a perfectionist i turned to simply trying it myself.

My question is, what will give me the best result at home?
So far the best solution i found was Thermoflex. But will this give me the desired result just using a scalpel and a home iron?
Or is there a better alternative for this, that i just haven't spotted.
The material i'm supposed to transfer it all to is 100% heavyweight nylon tricot mesh.

A scapel and a home iron I am afraid will not give you results that you as a perfectonist would like.

With no tools other than an home iron I would have to say that you are very limited. Use the search feature at the top of the page and search for transfer companies. They will be able to custom make what you want and you may be able to iron it on at home. Transfer companies make transfers that adhere to many different materials so I am sure you will find several.

Sorry but this is all I got hopefully someone will chime in with a better idea.

Ok, i'll keep looking then. The problem is, one decal goes from front to back, over the shoulder. That seems to be the major problem for everyone.
I can print front, and back.
But continuous line is apparently impossible.
And their design options does not allow for a line up the side.

But i will continue my search. Thank you for your reply

I have done something like that. Here is what we did we cut the sides of the shirt open and the sleeve so it can lay flat on the press and then sew it back together use a shirt one size up to do this because when sewen back together it will be smaller.

Didn't even think of that, quite clever.
Do you reckon i will be able to find somewhere willing to go through all of this with a pair of blank football jerseys, and give me a great result?
If i provide the design, tons of reference pics and all. (I do realise that it might get alittle pricy. Even excluding the fact that i need them sent to mainland europe.)
