Default Foil disasters

Hi
I am trying to cut the iron on adhesive for heat transfer foil, with my Roland cutter. Too hard, the adhesive bunches up, too light and the adhesive doesn't cut all the way through. I have tried a script font that varies from very thin to thick and the thin stretches out of shape. Is there a trick to cutting the adhesive?
Deb

Hi Deb! Why not use the metallic vinyl materials instead, the ame kinds sold by Imprintables? as I understand from your post, you're trying to cut some double adhesive sheets and then apply the metallic foils later, am I correct?

Or print it,

I found the best way to apply foil is either the method mentioned above, or to print the glue. {DONT Cure it!I have had more success printing it, and heat pressing the foil on while the ink is still wet.}

The vinyl cuttable foil is handy for low runs.

Good luck!
