Default Illustrator vs Signcut, wtf?

Hi,

I have got a little prob with cutting vinyl. I use Illustrator CS2, and Signcut x2. When I draw something in Illustrator, like a line or a text, and I use a stroke like 10pt. and I send it to SignCut, and it will cut it like its a stroke off 1pt.
Some one knows the solution for this prob?

I'm not real sure in ai, in flexi you go to object/path/convert strokes to outlines. Look for those type tools in your sign program and in ai. The terminology may be different but I think thats the key.

Thinks i find it. object/path/outline strokes. The stroke will be a little bit smaller, but its fine like this
Thanx!
