i bought a cp-2500 and i'm having trouble getting my cutter to cut what i send from signblazer. when i press cut tile the machine will say it's cutting but will only go through the entire role of vinyl and keep going. i can't get it to cut and i tried to do everthing i can to fix the problem. any ideas would be awesome. thanks

Make sure that your tile size (workspace area) is set correctly and your graphic or text is sized correctly. When you start to cut in signblazer, it shows the cut area and tile size. It is easy to miss when you are first starting, so start there and then let us know if that is the issue.
