Default Making a Varsity-style jacket

I want to decorate a Varsity-style jacket to wear and use as some self-promotion, but I'm trying to figure out what material to use to put my design on the jacket.
I will be using my cutter to cut out the design. At first I was thinking of flocking, but now see that I can get twill. I looked up twill material and there seem to be so many to choose from.
Can someone help steer me in the right direction of a twill product that comes on a backing sheet that I can cut in my plotter/cuter? Also, is there twill that can just be heat pressed and doesn't need to also be sewn??
Thanks in advance

I found the material, but I'm confused about how to use the product. I'm looking for something that can be heat-pressed alone.
I only seem to be able to find "tacky back" material, or heat transfer material that needs to be sewn or it will fray.

"SPECTRA Faux Twill is a heat applied film that simulates the look of twill. Perfect for those who don't have the capabilty to sew on applique."

Here's something similar from Stahls...
