Any UK members have a favourite garment vinyl supplier? Just picked up a "KATANA" plotter/cutter on ebay and want to have some vinyl to get going!
Merry Christmas to all and a prosperous New Year.

Hi Trevor,
I Hope you have had a good Christmas.
I use Victory Design of Chesterfield for my vinyl supplies. The quality is excellent, with price, delivery and service times good to suit.

Good Luck and Best Wishes for the new year.
Hi Kevin,
thanks for that, just emailed for a vinyl sample.
I am currently buying in transfers, but have just bought a plotter/cutter.
Looking for a good thin matt white vinyl and then extend into colour.
Good luck to you for '09

I've had samples from most of the UK suppliers and found that overall the ones from Victrory Design were by far the best.
Their flock is more soft and velvety than some of the others. Some of the glitters I tried were too glossy, as if they had been laminated.

They do seem to have a good reputation. I am thinking of trying flock, moves the shirts to another level, a bit concerned the heavier flock might make the design weigh down the shirt? I'm using gildan which are pretty heavy weight.
Trevor.
