Default Heat Transfer Material Question

Hi Folks,
Hoping someone will have a answer from my question?
I am using a Versacamm 300 to print on heat vinyl the heat vinyl is Solutions Opaque. My situation is that after I print the logo I want to cut it out to get ready to press but after the cutting I'm finding that corners on the vinyl are curling and won't stay attached to to backing long enough to put on the tranfer tape on. I'm cutting with 105 pressure and seems to cut well.
I have read from this forum that most of you are using the solutions opaque but I'm starting to have some concerns.
Hope someone will have a solution to this situation

Thanks
Glasstorm
