Hi. My name is Kori. I'm new to this site, but I need some help. My husband and I just bought a brand new Artsign Vinyl Cutter/Plotter off of E-Bay and we cannot get the software to open. When we try to install the software, it will not open, it just keeps asking for the graphics disc. It doesn't seem to matter what we do, it just asks for the graphics disc over and over. Any suggestions? Thanks for reading...
We have been in touch with them, we finally got it to work I think awhile ago, but using a different software program for and the program is for A Roland. We are going to call the company in the morning and see if they will send us a new disk, the one they sent with the plotter is bad. Thank you for your help.
I had this same problem with my cutter. I have a SeikiTech and after installing the software it kept asking me to register and would not open. (it will not open unless it is a registered copy). I called the company I purchased it from and told them that maybe i have a bad disk and they instructed me to call the software company as the software comes from them pre-packaged. The Software was Flexi so once I got their tech support on the phone they were able to clear it up. They actually had to go into my computer to change settings now it works just fine. Call the makers of the software and I am sure they will get it runnng for you.

How's your seikitech? Are you happy with it? I own 2 of these cutters but with signcutx2 cutting software and these cutters are work horses. lol

Great. I could not get the hang of Flexi and at the suggestion of a member here I switched to SignCut. Best decision I made. Have had no problems with it.

Nice to hear that. You may also try out going to the Uscutter forum for tutorials on Signcut a lot of stuff there. Goodluck and Congrats on your purchase.
