does anybody know if the PCut 630 has a fuse. Machine was working fine when I sold it. customer received it and after letting plotter sit for 30 days before hooking it up, customer tried to turn it on and plotter has no power. was hoping someone could help. customer wants money back. the only problem is since they waited over 30 days to contact me, I can not file a claim with UPS. claim must be filed 15 days from receipt of damaged merchandise. so know have to reimburse customer and have a broken plotter which worked when shipped. (unless customer damaged and is trying to get money back for his mistake, don't want to think like that but you never know) any help would be appreciated

I do not think they have a fuse, but make sure they have tried a couple different power cords, and outlets as well. Possible something rattled loose during transit on the inside of the unit. Worst case scenario: power supply went bad, but they are fairly simple to replace.

Yes, simple to replace, and they run about $40.

I would just tell them the same thing I told you- try another power cord or outlet, make sure it is plugged in securely, and maybe check the connections on the inside of the unit. If all of that checks out- time to replace the power supply.
