Hey Maddogduke,

I currently use signcut x2 on my Mac OS X. I create with Adobe Illustrator CS3 and then print/cut with signcut x2

I LOVE the program.

I used to use SignBlazer on Windows XP and absolutely hated it. Not advanced enough for me.

I have used FLEXI Cut Pro on Windows and found that to be excellent but its in the high price range for a lot of people.

With SignCut x2 I would recommend reading their manuals and support docs on their site. Even though I have been cutting for ages I still had to get on there and check out specific settings for the cutter and OS that you're using.

Also using a USB or serial cable change things up dramatically in my experience. I've heard of people spending life time trying to get it to work with one cable only to find out the most supported cable was the one they weren't using.

I have also heard of many issues getting the USB driver installed for the CR series of PCut's. If you search this section of the forums, you should find something about it.
