I am doing a couple lightning bolts yellow with a thin black outline so,,, Do I cut the full black and overlay the yellow or do outlines? Should I always do the full bottom layer?

I would do the whole bottom black layer and then lay the yellow on top makes it easier for you because i think you'll run into some trouble laying those thin black outlines. Goodluck
