i want to get a vinyl cutter that can cut out stencils on either a thin sticky material or on thick regular paper.I dont have a big budget so keep that in mind. have any suggestions?
I suggest looking at the UScutter brand, either the copam or the refine. I would think both would serve your purpose and be economical to purchase. .... JB
