Default Roland GX24 blade cutter

Hi everyone

I am new to any type of plotters.
I just bought a used Roland GX24 and run into problems when I want to buy a new blade and it doent fit into the holder.
My blade is 1 mm thick, the new one I bought is 2 mm and the local seller is telling me the 2 mm is the right one.
Can anybode tell me whitch is right ?
1 mm or 2 mm

Regards to everyone
Bernard

Bernard,
2mm is the proper diameter for our factory blades. If this doesn't fit in your blade holder, you should probably look at replacing that too.

Can anyone tell me if I can use my Roland GX24 to cut images out of card stock? How would this be done? Would I need some sort of backing?
