I am using my Roland GX-24 to cut thermo-flex vinyl and I am having trouble with it completing the cut around letters and images.
When weeding I am finding that the last little bit (very very tiny) is not cut - like the cut just is not finishing completely and it is making weeding a real pain.
Has anyone had this problem before?
FYI - I am using a 45 degree blade. I tried a 60 degree blade and had some very odd results.
I have had the problem several times. Try zooming in on the specific area that is not cuting and make sure that your line actually go that far. Several of mine looked as if they did but they were just short.
I would check blade depth and pressure too. ..... JB

Thanks. I will check both of those things out. I was also wondering if there is a setting or change that can be made to force the finish cut point to go beyond the start point by - lets say 10%?
While there maybe that setting, I'd use it with extreme caution. Many times 10% is well into another area of of the design. If you are doing tribal or something, it could end up cutting many of the streamers off.
